Biography

Joshua Finkleman

Mr. Joshua Finkleman is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of BXE Capital. BXE Capital is the first digital assets Hedge Fund in the state of Colorado. Mr. Finkleman has over 25 years of combined experience within both public and privately held corporations and carved out a specialty within FinTech and corporate finance. Prior to founding the Fund, Mr. Finkleman spent nearly eight years working in virtually every aspect within corporate payments, including establishing robust E-Commerce and Retail payment processing platforms and building sophisticated backend support infrastructures for enhanced sales, compliance, risk management and third party acquiring services.

Mr. Finkleman has a proven track record of building successful start-ups and leveraging distressed assets for optimum returns and has an eye for capitalizing on upcoming trends within FinTech and fell in love with blockchain technology back in 2013. In his prior role as the head of a Denver based Merchant Services Company, Mr. Finkleman established direct sponsorship relationships with some of the country’s top acquiring banks (Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., BMO Harris Bank N.A. and Esquire Bank) and fortune 500 payment processors (First Data and TSYS).

Mr. Finkleman holds a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Regis University with an MBA in Finance and Accounting.  As well, Mr. Finkleman is a licensed CPA within the state of Colorado.
